What did I do to make me feel oh so good? Well, it was yet another fantastic full body workout. But today's session wasn't one my typical Fitter U full body workouts but rather a sport-specific Olympic lifting session that consisted of 4 major exercises that hit all of the muscles on my frame.
Back in my pro soccer days, these are the types of workouts I would do 3-4 times per week to improve my explosiveness. They are so effective at getting you stronger, more powerful, and burning fat (of course).
