Ok, I'm putting together a series of workout videos that you can do at home called "Home Workout, Hot Body". The premise of these videos is to use less equipment, less time, and less space, while achieving tremendous fat burning and muscle toning results.
All of these workout videos are being filmed in my 950 sq ft loft. So if I can do them, you can do them as well! The goal of this series is to take any and all excuses and show you some great exercises and quick workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
