"Core of Steel" Workout (BOSU ball)

Here are 5 core exercises on the BOSU ball that will challenge your core BIG TIME and will leave it feeling a little sore (but great!) for a few days.

Do as many reps as possible for each exercise.  Once you master them they also make great party tricks!
