Resistance Band Workout

Don't have any dumbells? Don't feel like lifting heavy weights or waiting for machines at the gym?

Not to worry! There is a solution and it is a simple piece of rubber tubing known as the exercise or resistance band.

It is amazing at what can be accomplished using a resistance band and many studies have shown that it to be tremendously beneficial at developing strength. Here is a brief video showing you 7 great full body exercises that you can do with resistance band.

Give them a try and you'll see just how challenging they are!

Do as many repetitions of each exercise during a 30 second set. Complete all 7 exercises with little to no rest in between and repeat 2-3 times!
